Do you want the US involved or not? That is a bright line question that has to be answered before getting into anything else.

Grayson is no doubt grandstanding a bit. He's a politican, it comes with the territory. I suspect part of his opposition is based on the fact that the factors that caused the gradual decline of the middle class and the last class have only gotten worse. Foreign ventures often overshadow events at home, which is sad, because it's the events at home that have lasting significance.
