I grew up listening to the CBC on shortwave in Detroit. Lots of great stuff and they're still doing great stuff. Their "As It Happens" nightly newscast was the inspiration for NPR's "All Things Considered".

I am glad that the Congressional Black Caucus is united on this Syria thing and have agreed to stir the pot.
