$15 billion last year. $5 billion from Syria. That's a third of their entire arms budget. Poor Russia is all upset it lost its $3.5 billion arms sale to Libya thanks to the revolution and another $13 billion due to sanctions against Iran.

Trying to be like their bigger sibbling the United States, and is pissy that the US ain't letting 'em.
