Anne Romney: The media loves Barack Obama

...intelligent, articulate, attractive on many levels, and forthright.
Qualities that have earned him respect.
She and her husband might want to think about that.

Now, what Mrs. Romney doesn't quite get is that the media also loves her husband, and the other whackadoodles competing for the Republican nomination.

They love these guys because the are all so clownishly gaffe-prone, that it helps to put eyeballs in front of the advertisements. That is, after all, what the media is all about... selling ads. The more these guys make idiots of themselves, the more we just can't look away, and the higher the ads rates are. So she and her husband have a choice - be real people and earn respect (which they could have possibly maybe done if they hadn't jumped on the clown-wagon) or continue the gaffe-a-thon, and be treated like the rest of the jokers.

And as for her statement that "They don’t want anyone who has a chance of defeating him..."
No Mrs. Romney, they want a horse race! That's what sells ads, and that's the only thing they REALLY care about...
