I have little doubt this was done by regime forces, and that it was BIG.

My impression is that the sarin rockets were part of a large artillery barrage with conventional and chemical ordinance involved. Is that correct?

If so, we might expect to see a total death toll higher than the number of sarin deaths, if you see what I mean.

(I asked this in a reply elsewhere, but it seems more sensible to ask here in your own OP)
