Anyone running in 2016 has a fine line to walk [View all]

There is little future, in the primaries or the general election, for a Democrat who is perceived as disloyal to or too negative toward Barack Obama. Obama is uniquely beloved by a lot of Democrats.

On the other hand, there little future in the Democratic primaries, at least, for someone perceived as too pro-war.

Too successfully navigate the two will require a real, well... politician.
