Just for background, for anyone who followed my postings throughout the George Zimmerman trial, I felt as though Zimmerman was beyond any reasonable doubt guilty of second degree murder, that he racially profiled Trayvon Martin, that he was steaming angry that night, that he was the initial aggressor in the physical confrontation between him and Trayvon, that his story to police made no sense whatsoever, and his shooting was unjustified and illegal.
However, after Zimmerman's acquittal, I was somewhat dismissive over some people's concerns that Zimmerman would act out violently again with his weapon. I thought that was just hyperbole, overreaction and unlikely. There would be no way that Zimmerman would be that stupid to act, well, stupidly with his gun ever again, after nearly having lost his freedom over his past actions.
But it appears as though I was wrong. Unfortunately:

R.I.P Trayvon.
