didn't bother to include the rest of Kerry's statement:

"Obviously, that is not in the cards and nobody is talking about it."

Of course, that won't stop the hair-on-fire-brigade from screaming that the Administration is considering such a 'deal' - in fact, they've been posting about it since last Wednesday, when the statement was made.

But for some people, it's never too late to dredge up something that was never considered, and pretend that it was.
