I am stating flat-out that you are ignoring Kerry's statement that this "offer" isn't even being considered, because it doesn't fit with your poutrage.

Kerry's complete statements of September 4th were posted here last week, in their entirety,
by several posters.

You chose to link to an article that omitted his full response on the topic.

More and more, DU is starting to resemble Fox-News - just leave out the bits that don't match your agenda.
