That would mean public funds go to pay for private homes being demolished!! Who by chance owns these homes? Could it be the Banks! Might they be foreclosed homes? I'm from another country but it seems odd that corporations can walk away from their obligations like this! Maybe I'm wrong but I will listen to anyone that knows what the situation is.....
