needed in every state to help the uninsured figure out their options as the new plans become available on October 1st. They will actually go into effect on January 1, 2014.

The choices and options of all health care coverage systems are frustratingly endless. I just turned 65, and even though I'm still working for a large employer and therefore have my workplace insurance as my first coverage, I will someday retire and will then have to figure out exactly what I want to do about Part B. I have a stack of mailings I've never even looked at closely, and dread the day I have to.
