4. Speaking as a recently diagnosed Type 2 diabetic. We have INSANE amounts of sugar in our diets.

And I had a sweet tooth that would rank among the best.

An A1C of 11 and fasting blood sugar of 310 along with screwed up vision and a "do this or else" from my Doc has me turned around.

6 weeks later my blood sugar stays around 100 and I feel better than I have in years.

Sugar is killing us.
