And for the record I support the OP in telling catcallers and street harassers to "fuck off".

However, I don't look at TMG and see this cavalcade of whining, and I certainly don't see people making "apologies" for things like rape. Remember the Duke LaCrosse case? There were people here who desperately wanted to shut that discussion down when it became apparent that it involved a false allegation. Except, the facts don't change just because they don't fit a narrative.

I most certainly don't believe there is anything like some epidemic of false rape allegations, I believe ALL rape allegations should be taken VERY seriously by Law Enforcement... but I haven't seen any actual apologia for rape, which was what you suggested. If it's there, again, in a specific post, I'd be happy to call that poster out. But I haven't seen it.
