164. Google WDIV Detroit, WXYZ Detroit and the Detroit News

These are all the major news outlets in the area. They have all reported the same thing.

The people of Detroit are not stupid ... they know when they have been "F"ed over and they do not sit back complacently.

On edit: I began doubting myself and searched everything i could think of that disputed my "story" ... the only thing an internet search comes up with is the Addicting info story and the DU.

You can imagine huge swaths of the city being impacted ... however, the Detroit lighting department does not provide service to most of the city.

The big news and awful tragedy within the city last week was highlighting the City's broken 911 dispatch system. Google that , there is NEED for outrage there.
