63. How do you stop illegal drug trafficking?

you crack down on the people doing the trafficking. Same for guns.

There are over a hundred million unregistered guns in America. And guns can be easily smuggled into the country so if you have to know where every gun is in order to stop trafficking then you are fucked before you even start.
