If you were advising Shirley Sherrod and former Acorn People...what would you tell them now? [View all]

What would you advise them to do now? Drop the suit? Reconstitute your organization?

Breitbart is gone, so whatever he had to say about it unless recorded is lost-but he didn't act alone in this. I would advise the suit go forward for discovery's sake. The truth, to the extent it can come out needs to.
