If it means 'nuggets', breded 'cutlets', or canned it won't be a problem. Don't touch the stuff.
If 'processed' means cut up, fresh or frozen, chicken will go the way of shrimp. Too risky to bother with.
Bad mental image....
Boat load of live chickens sent off from somewhere in Georgia, ferried through the Panama canal to be chopped up and frozen in China.

i read that China processes our apple juice, we grow the apples, ship them to China for processing
