Looks like one happy young man for sure. 
I think (from years of researching various things) that I have some form of Ectodermal Dysplasia, because it explains some stuff I deal with, but without access to a doctor and genetic tests, I'll probably never know.
I don't sweat (or very little, under certain conditions), and apparently have no oil glands -- or ones that don't work -- over most of my body. Can't take the heat, nearly gave myself heat stroke more than once. Some other issues as well.
Joshua has a long, difficult road ahead of him, but medicine is lots better than when I was born. And he had a great birthday party!
