Okay, I'll bite. With all due respect to your teacher, please point us to the GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT that specifies any condition by which a person born in the United States is not a Natural Born Citizen. I'll wait...

(and kudos for at least not having the nerve to go with Sheriff Joe's "it's a fake" claim)
