That old canard that gun control advocates just use emotions is just a dismissive tactic used when the facts can't be dismissed. Of course emotions are involved. Because dead people are involved. It's an inconvenient fact that the non gun control side can't wish away. So just dismiss it as emotion. It's ridiculous.
