Stand up and wave your arms in the air when you hear hate and racism at church.

Stand up and walk out when you hear lies at political town hall meetings.

Attend opposition meetings and show your disgust by waving your arms in the air and walking out.

Attend gun rallies and walk out.

Make sure you wave your arms so people do not think you are just going to the rest room.

Giving the finger is also an option.

We need a new type of movement in this country, a sort of code pink for all of us.

Sitting and listening to hate and lies gives the impression of approval.

Don't you wish people would raised their hand to ask a question at church or in the middle of some political rant?. Like hey wait a minute there.
