Oh how I remember the Sid I used to know. The Sid who would heal the brokenhearted, listen to the feelings and indignities of a poor soul, the Sid who would put his kind arm around a new DU member and show him better ways to political ecstasy and send him on his way with the tender warning of a rough, rough road ahead and a heartfelt Godspeed. The Sid who would fight for the oppressed and stand alone against the evils of narcissism so rampant on DU.

Sid? Where have you gone? Why have you recoiled to an existence of dank, darkness and a putrid stench of self-effacement and loathing? Was it... the loss of meta? Was it something someone said in the lounge about being probed? Were you probed in the lounge Sid? Was it something in the water? Oh, gods of bewilderment and grief.
