He's still responsible for wasting two terms of potential rebuilding. He's got the blood of hundreds of thousands on his hands. Thousands of his own citizens died screaming, on the battlefields and here at home, due to his policies. Bush is a hole out of which we've only just begun to dig.
What is meant by the word "still" in the OP? Isn't it just the cry of the wingnut looking for his own reprieve?
