39. Once again, there is NO SUCH THING as legal MMJ from a Federal perspective.

So when he said that he wouldn't target them for prosecution, he meant just that.

Extremely few of these dispensaries are being targeted for tax evasion, almost to a T, they're being prosecuted because they dispense MMJ. Almost all of the dispensaries are being targeted because they're breaking FEDERAL LAW.

Obama was full of shit, I can't believe there are some here who are still defending this egregious action.
