As an aside, during a temp job assignment years ago, I worked collections on car loans for a while, what a crappy job, you get lied to constantly, screamed at, cried at and get a steady stream of excuses of why they can't pay the bill on the car loan. Please note these were people who were chronically late, usually 2-4 months behind.
