A party like that would exist only as a spoiler for the Raving Monster Loony Republican Party.

All Republican successes over the last 40+ years have depended on fostering rage and foam to give them the margin of victory needed to enact their pet policies. But they never followed through on the things they used to whip people up.

So they lost control when a guy promised their Ahab base white whale steak dinners for life (and the hagfish will pay for it).

If they formally break with it, they condemn themselves to electoral loss.
