Deeply sorry for you loss - it is always sad to loose a family member, that be a human - or a dog, who have loved and cared for you - as you have for it. She sounds like a great dog, who also was smart enough to make the best of the world around her.

But you will still remember her - her antics - her appetite for life - and that she enjoyed her life to the full - something I think we humans could learn something about doing from our friends in the animal kingdom..
She might be dead - but she will never be forgotten, by you and your family - and that is important in all of this - I know the sorrow about loosing a friend is great now - but over time the sadness will end - and you will remember all the good things with your friend.
