proposal was Hillary want Business to be the one's responsible for providing Health Care Insurance and Republicans wanted the onus to be on the individual..hence individual mandate. Now that is what they say they are so opposed to. It always amazes me how the Hypocrisy never gets presented to their faces and asked for explanations...
