I generally try and see both sides of the issue. I try to recognize that most people on the other side of the fence are sincere in believing their plans are what is good for America; I disagree of course, but I try to see it from both sides. In my mind this is both a good thing to do (it's morally best to have empathy even with jerks) and a smart thing to do (the more I understand their position the more I understand my own).

But on this issue; I just don't find it in myself to do that. They have lost this debate twice. Despite numerous compromises by the Obama Administration, they lost in the legislative process - The bill was passed. They lost at the polls when they had a chance to get a Republican Senate or to elect Mitt Romney.

Now, rather than accept their loss, they are holding our economy hostage. They are holding the jobs of thousands of government employees hostage. How do they do that?

So, for today at least, Fuck Conservatives!
