I think you might be surprised ... just because some of us would far prefer socialism as an economic system does not mean we sit idly by while folks starve.
I was a precinct leader in 2008, preferred to donate to Obama for America in 2010.
Some of us can walk (work with what we have) and chew gum (look towards the future and activate in that regard) at the same time.
