How is it under the ACA corporations can hold off paying your healthcare bill for the first three [View all]

months of employment? In this case instead of paying the employee rate you pay the Cobra rate? There's an eleven hundred dollar difference per month between the employee rate and the new hire rate? Anybody know anything about this sort of situation?
