your employer has health insurance that meets the criteria of the ACA. It gets sticky on the subsidy for exchange plans if you do. If you do not have employer-based health insurance then you should be just fine to shop around on the exchange. Your husband is just fine on Medicare. Medicare is going to stay right where it is for the foreseeable future.
