To get a bill to the Senate to be stripped again. I know that Matheson (UT) said that about his earlier CR votes (when only he and McIntyre voted with the GOP).

One exception is McIntyre (NC), who has opposed the ACA from the beginning. He voted against the original act and has consistently voted with Republicans for repeal/defund/delay.
