that people are opting to pull teeth instead of having more expensive restorative work done. The reason was they can't afford it. He was very grateful for my business.

One thing I would recommend to people is to consider having gold crowns done for back teeth. They are the same price as the porcelain crowns but instead of lasting a few years, the gold crowns last decades.
