The last time Republicans shut down the government was 17 years ago.

Coincidentally it would only take 17 Republicans to vote with Democrats to end this nonsense.

(There are 200 Democrats and 232 Republicans.)

Also, those who are now 17 years old will have the opportunity of vote the Republicans out in 2014.
