83. I read it quite carefully. Your content as well as your tone are problematic.

Aside from the "Abandon hope" gloom and doom 'tude, and of course, the ill-advised flame bait title, your "facts" just don't line up with reality. Republican messaging is fractured--the Tea Party is trying to lead the rest of the party around by the nose, and that isn't sitting well with many of the rank and file. We saw Newt try to pull that shit with the "Contract on/with America" nonsense, and it didn't work for him, either. The only way the GOP was able to achieve executive power was to steal it and shove the nation into war, because "Terra Terra Terra" is a great excuse for shopping a "STFU and accept it" agenda.

We aren't in a "War Without End, Amen" mindset anymore. When our nation is at peace, people care about those social issues that you dismiss--people want jobs, a nice home, decent schools, heath care--and the left has the high road on those issues.

That's why the tide is with us, and not with wingnuts.
