Wall Street Lobbyist and the other assorted folks who fund their Insanity. They need Drink or Drugs to get through the day. The EVIL is eating their soul.. (well at least some of them who need the drugs and drinks)...the rest THRIVE ON IT ...the PURE EVIL!
