No, my suggestion for a destination would be Afghanistan or Somalia. If you still want to try to send them to Australia, make sure they haven't got visas, stick them on leaky fishing boats, and point them in the general direction of Australia and get them to pretend they're asylum seekers. The 'not one asylum seeker will set foot on these shores' rule will kick in and they'll be intercepted by Customs, who will send them to live out their lives in Papua New Guinea, who's capital incidentally comes in at #9 on the list of worst places in the world to visit, and is the only one on the list I've been to and can agree that it deserves a spot on the list.
