I remember an interview with Will Smith from back when he was doing the show The Fresh Prince of Bellaire. He said he was so nervous during the first couple shows that he didn't just memorize his own lines, but the entire script! And he said you could catch him at times lip-synching his co-stars lines, and he didn't even know he was doing it at the time.
