I'm also in HR and we have been able to put out more honest information. Funnily, I got accused in the last employee meeting of being "biased towards Obamacare" when I explained that our rates weren't going up and that the ACA would have little to no impact on us beyond what was already implemented (dependents to age 26 and 100% coverage for preventative care, etc).

In the end it's better for business to be honest anyway. Employees can sniff out BS pretty quick.
