The bosses attaching unacceptable riders to otherwise routine legislation are the most responsible.

If a family goes bankrupt as a result of not being paid, might they institute a civil suit against a GOP leader or two? The burden of proof is so much lower for civil suits and they are NOT performing the government's business, which is to roll out the ACA provisions since it is the law.

I'd love to see the law used to make examples of a few republicans, bankrupting them and restoring funds to the people they are destroying.
