It is official: The Republican Party has been transformed into the Neo-fascist Party of America.

The modern right-wing press brought forth a new age where hate is celebrated and truth is crushed by a mountain of lies. It was a patient, long-term campaign that paid off handsomely. Their followers can not be deprogramed, our only hope is to halt the process before 40% becomes 51%; our survival as a Representative Democracy depends on it. If the Fascist ever gain total power over the government it will never be surrendered. We are balanced on a razor edge of survival of our Representative Democracy.

We start by purging extremists from every public office, police and military, and crushing illegal armed "militias." If the right wing terrorists only respect force, then it is force we must give them. If we let their numbers continue to grow, we will reach a point where we are no longer able to restrain their will. Many of them think that they are there already. It happened in Germany and we are not so special as to be immune. We are repeating history. The American Reichstag fire failed, but it was only the first attempt. Their Fuhrer was released from his "Landsberg" by the Senate yesterday and that will be a recruitment, and rallying call. The right will see Trump and Trumpism as untouchable.

We can start by insisting that the terrorist that invaded our Capitol are treated as terrorists. No mercy. Strip them of their ability to ever infect others with their disrespect of law and order.

We are minutes away from our internal doomsday clock striking midnight. We are in the calm before the storm, it is time to prepare, and we better recognize it, or we will be swept away by the black tide of Fascism.
