13. It's a term to denote the Ideologues on the Left who are stuck on perpetual outrage

and with whom there is no ability to have an actual discussion.

Hence the EMO part.

Of course it's inflammatory to those it might apply to. That might be part of why it gets you so annoyed.

One of these days I am going to post about Ideologues because it's apparent a number of DU'ers don't realize what their behavior has become.
