The ACA was negotiated in the Senate, hashed out in the House, fried by the Supreme Court, gradually implemented over the past four years.
What can't the Republicans understand about that? It is a done deal.
If they want to make a change here or there, let them offer a bill on the floor.
Using the budget as a bludgeon to get rid of a law they don't like when they know they don't have the votes in the Senate or the signature of the president is just bullying.
But then, isn't that what Republicans are about? Bullying?
