implementation for their own ends. That's now, however, a feature of the ACA so much as it is a bug.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'd like to go back to feeling good about a Democratic victory for a while (a day or so) before I got back to decrying the fact that they only gave me this pony (the first image of the adorable care act):
