side is, but it's still true that we need to start off with what we really want in our wildest dreams, then negotiate from there. Then they can't say we didn't give them anything. Well they can and will say it, but everyone will know they are full of it.

As it has been with this admin, we start off the negotiations giving them a lot of what they want, then they say oh, wait a minute, we want more. And then we end up being happy we got a sequester.
