The value of the ACA is irrelevant; it's the underhanded tactics Republicans are using.

Of course it helps to point out that they have had plenty of tries to get this law repealed or defunded through normal legal means - they've taken 42-46 votes. They've had two elections to get larger majorities in the House and take the Senate or the Presidency. They've challenged it in the courts. They've failed.
