The Mis-Adventures of Boner and Can'tor
It's about two dudes who drink a lot and come up with stupid ideas when they are drinking
and then they go out and try to implement their ideas while still drunk

Oh it's so funny the troubles they get into
Once they shutdown the government to stop a law that couldn't.
