Because I have been trying all day to find out my options, which have disappeared from the broken Covered CA website, and trying to decide which crappy HMO with the fewest specialists and even family practitioners, and with access only to the most distant hospital in the area, to choose from.

Got a hospital 1/4 mile away, but Healthnet doesn't use it. They only use 1 hospital in the entire San Fernando Valley: Valley Presbyterian, which is in a really crappy, dangerous neighborhood and not on a bus route.

Now I know why HMOs are so loved.
