And it would cost more than the previous year. But then when I would switch jobs it would be radically different. But within a company, the costs to me would pretty much always go up each year.

Also, until this year employees had no idea what employers contributed to their health plans (unless the employer chose to share that information). Starting this year it goes on the W-2.
